There are many steps are involved with creating a successful website. Some of these steps include involving visuals like images, videos, interactions, etc. Including these steps into actual production requires immense amounts of thought and care towards piecing together a defined site goal.

Similarly websites help visitors that they attract to better understand the brand, product, company, application, etc. However, the determination of if a website possesses great quality goes beyond appearance. As well as visual flow, you have to take into account of how the website functions.

Defining the website goal

In this stage there are a number of questions you must ask the client or project team.

  • Who is the website for?
  • What is the objective of the website?
  • How can the website stand out from competitors?
  • What audience is the website aiming for?
  • What services should the website offer?

These questions need answered with careful consideration and both parties must be on the same page. This is the time when we'll write up or brainstorm a summary of website details.

Scope of the website

This is where we will determine an estimated amount of work that will be done to the website based on the details from the website goal, established previously.

The website's amount of work will expand as it is being designed. A website budget and time frame of completion will be created as a general guideline. This may or may not change as the project reaches its next step(s).

Sitemap and Website Structure

Most noteworthy this is the foundation for the Website and Design.

We will create a sitemap, the architecture of the website's pages and how they're going to connect with one another. We will be able to determine any possible missing elements or any gaps within the structure.

Creating website content

First of all now that the site is structured we will create engaging content. There are a few things to consider when we commence with this step.

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

This is how search engines will crawl your web pages and how your site appears in search results. Due to this there are certain keywords that you can use after you write a rough draft of the content. You can use SEO, nevertheless to apply the polish to your masterpiece.

2. Interactivity with users.

The users need to find what they're looking for quickly therefore keep them actively engaged in content. Above all make sure you can maintain that interest. Connect to your clients through social media buttons and linking them back to their respective profiles.

Adding visual flare

Images, animations, and some extra spices to the website is a key element to a smoothly built project.

1. Adding images

First of all the images that I will add to your website will compliment your written content. A little bit of personality mixed with stellar appearance and smooth functions will have the attention of your clients.
